Soyfoods2010 to Map Realistic Growth Strategies for Producers of Soy-Based and Other Healthful Foods

Soyatech, LLC, the leading soyfoods industry intelligence resource, will present Soyfoods2010: Anticipating Potential for Growth in collaboration with Nutracon on March 10-11, 2010 at the Anaheim Hilton in Anaheim, California.

Held in collaboration with New Hope Natural Media’s Nutracon and SupplyExpo, Soyfoods2010 is an opportunity for firms producing natural, organic vegetarian foods to examine trends in consumers’ interests, buying habits and health concerns for indications of the likely path forward for healthful foods production and marketing.

Sessions planned for Soyfoods2010 will cover topics such as:

determining how consumer trends are influencing the U.S. soyfoods market;
understanding and communicating the realities of the link between soy and health and how this affects market demand;
